Q + A

ARE KIDS ALLOWED

Kids are welcome for the ceremony and dinner! We do ask that little ones are supervised during the ceremony to keep things interruption-free. Afterward, we’ll be turning up the music and kicking off a more grown-up dance party—well past most bedtimes—so we recommend planning a smooth send-off for them.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. If your plans change after this date, contact us at julescaldwell86@gmail.com or 682-364-2547. Thank you; we look forward to celebrating with you.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 PM so guests can be seated; the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

The invitations are addressed to the named guests only. Due to venue capacity and catering, we’re unable to accommodate additional people at this time. If we accidentally missed someone on your invitation, please contact us at julescaldwell86@gmail.com or 682-364-2547

What should guests wear?

The dress code for our wedding is western elegant. We kindly request that ladies wear knee-length dresses or longer, and gentlemen wear suits or western-inspired attire, such as dress shirts with nice jeans and boots or dress shoes. We ask that guests choose shades of brown or purple and refrain from wearing white or ivory, except for men’s dress shirts.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes — we’ll provide food, soda, tea, and water during the reception.
